I am a Senior Lecturer in the Business School at Canterbury Christ Church University where I teach on subjects of inter professional collaboration and organisational change. I have been seconded to the TIHR Archive project for exploring the research and knowledge exchange possibilities of the project. My professional domain is critically shaped by the TIHR traditions articulated around the original principle that social sciences are socially engaged. My consultancy practice is mainly with value led organisations in the UK and in Italy. I am a vocal supporter of my local football team and when they play it is not unusual hearing words of encouragement in a peculiar accent across the football grounds of Kent/South East London.
